Hello! I just bought my first home and it’s a townhouse. I haven’t lived in one before. I’m trying to plan out the furniture for the balcony and patio. I’d like to ensure both places have comfortable seating, places for potted plants and additional privacy.

I’m not 100% sure of the rules yet. These spaces will be used by my two kids and my dog.
