Hi everyone! I'm a first time home buyer. I purchased a single family home with an attached garage. I am trying my best not to waste money or time and don't want to redo items that I shouldn't have done first. I'm struggling with the order of operations for the following tasks. Would love your thoughts. Thank you!
*exterminator for ants around front and back stairs and windowsills as well as termite treatment (as I believe termites are rampant in this area)
*new windows and replace windowsills if wood is rotted
*redo front porch and stairs
*redo back stairs and concrete portion of grass for patio furniture and grill
*check in-ground sprinkler system for front lawn and backyard lawn
*concrete driveway and portion of front lawn
*landscaping for front lawn (includes sod, planting and trimming small bushes/plants)
*installing a fence around perimeter of backyard to the side of home
*paint exterior of home
*check/replace gutters
