Hi everyone!

I’m trying to figure out how to remove this smokey window film from a window. I assume it was done for privacy, but it was a terrible job!

At first I thought it was a frosted glass spray paint but can’t feel any texture and checked both outside and from the inside. The window also doesn’t appear to be a double pane.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
