Kitchen Design: 48" Range vs. Cooktop/Range + Ovens

Seen this debate on many posts, but hoping to get some opinions on these renders for my kitchen remodel and choosing a 48" range vs. cooktop/range + ovens.

Option 1 or 2 below I think are the most practical and functional, but obviously the aesthetic of the lone 48" range on the wall is really nice.

I am leaning Option 1 for ease of cleaning and hearing that many people are happy with induction, not to mention the Fulgor Milano 36" rangetop + 30" kitchenaid ovens comes out to about $7k compared to $16k for a Wolf 48" dual fuel. My wife prefers any gas option... because well, fire.

The stained door is to a pantry, and I don't think would be in contention with the ovens. May make it a pocket door and leave open often when cooking. I had also considered putting a separate auxiliary wall oven in the pantry if we go with the 48" option, but sort of ruins the coffee bar.

Please share any thoughts!

Option 1: 36" Induction Cooktop + double ovens

Option 2: 36" range + double ovens (or Microwave+oven combo)

Option 3: 48in range

Option 4: 48in range... and unrelated, uppers over the sink wall instead of the window wall
