Chives, green onions, dandelion greens, sorrel (plain and red, aka "bloody dock".) Our first lettuce is about 3" tall and I'll be thinning it tomorrow for a first salad! Steve those greens look delicious. Wish I had room for a hoop house! (I could probably make a small one if I were more industrious)

Also some parsnips made it through winter and I dug them during prep for the potato bed. Cut them into sticks and roasted in olive oil and brown sugar last night - delicious!
