My south facing lawn is dry and sparse. it gets baked all the time. grass is thin. not sure of base. clay? never dug down to see. so so, water. fertilize? aeriate? seed? will it fill in if i seed and water? its minnesota. this part is next to road. so it gets snowplow stuff.
