It very well could be Henredon...as @linda campbell says, many design houses had chairs like yours...straight legs, stretcher, T cushion. My mother only bought Henredon and Kittinger, back in the day when furniture was bought to last a lifetime and then probably for more generations, as in your case. You have two beautiful chairs. Mine were covered in a flame stitch and I had them recovered in a skinny dark green tone on tone stripe to match a Kilim rug. Very flexible style because of the straight legs. I, also, love the fabric, but if it doesn't work for you, they definitely worth recovering.

They look identical to yours...slope of the wing, roll of the arm and how the two meet, T-cushion and notice the position of the stretcher.
