We knew what we were getting before we bought it, but while extensive asthetics, the house was very solid.

It can be frustrating though, like that door, it was at least 8 hours of work to epoxy the rot, fix the missing molding, resize it to width, fix the broken stained glass panes, and paint,…

Only to have a door that looks like it was original

But its fun to be creative and learn new skills.

My next new skill? Refinishing hardwood floores!! Yay!! (Not so much actually)
