Help please in identifying this dining set
Comments (1)Hmmmm ... 1970s or newer - those bent end supports were popular for a while. Not very practical, however. Have you looked for maker's marks?...See MoreNeed help identifying dining set
Comments (3)It's very 1920's-30's typical style....sometimes called Jacobean Revival....but that term also refers to an earlier style too. Veneer, nicely done good condition....price? What someone will pay....and increasingly they will pay more for that style. In other words, retail vs. wholesale....and the part of the country matters too. Linda C...See MoreNeed help identifying springs on 100 year old dining chair
Comments (0)Just stripped the upholstery off my inherited 100 year old dining chairs and found springs under the horsehair. The spring has a coil in the middle of two flat two metal bands that are nailed to the chair. The coil is on it's side - not standing up. Some of the bands have broken although the springs are in amazingly good condition. Can anyone tell me what this type of spring is called and whether it is possible to find new ones? Thanks!...See Morecan anybody identify these dining chairs?

You need to know that they stopped making green well over 10 years ago. And while they were made in Italy during the early 90’s, PB moved production to Asia in the mid/late 90’s or so. Because of the age, condition color and quality issues may be present so check each chair carefully....See MoreSandplum1
