Picking out a modern sofa for living room

Im redoing my living room, it has a fireplace. im thinking of putting 2 swivel chairs and a sofa. cannot decide on the sofa style something stylish yet practical and modern that can lift the room

    Draw and measure the room. All walls and windows and passages in feet and inches.
