Osteospermum can look like that from that distance when slightly blurred. :)

Much too far away to make any kind of accurate ID but we can guess !! 😊

IMO, that sort of presence would be achieved by some sort of groundcover rose, like Popcorn Drift, Knockout White or Flower Carpet. Bloom time would coincide with that of the hydrangea.
