bixa, if you'rr referring the the stools I linked, yes, these are EXTRA deep seats, k9arlene, hmmm. I've got a 35" inseam and when I'm sitting on my counter-height stool my toes are barely grazing the floor, even if I scooch towards the front edge of the seat. I do have a footrest on both the table and the stools, and that does help.

I wanted to show you a photo of my kitchen because I have a lot of bright white in my cabinetry and backsplash, dark counters and pulls, and a blue grey on the walls. My wall color is Benjamin Moore Kentucky Haze. I hope it helps you to see the combination and if that might be something you might like. We have leather stools similar in style to these that are comfy. Ours have metal on one rung to prevent scuffs, but they were also more expensive. My kids were always falling over when we had backs on the stools. So I got back-less when we remodeled. It's counter-intuitive, but I found that kids naturally want to push their feet against the island if there is a back on the stool, then they fall over. Since we went with the back-less stools, not once have they fallen over. My Dad recently bought really heavy wooden stools for his vacation house and nobody uses them because they are so heavy to pull out. If someone does use one, they never push it back in because they are so heavy! I like to be able to scoot them under the counter easily. I also like a footrest on the stool.
