You don't need to go to the highest CFM exhausts, which cause problems since they need Make-Up Air to replace the air being blown out of the house. What is your ceiling height? What about a header box under the ceiling? That is where you run a (e.g.) 4" by 14" duct. Total less than 6" header. If not that, what about soldering steel support on the I beam, at the place where you will Cut The I Beam, to let the duct through to the exterior wall. I would do that. then the duct goes through the I beam. Consult someone else first. Zitro, Examine RcNaylors photo very closely and you will see that is not "Bokeh", it is something much more elusive and difficult to control. "Bokeh" occurs when we are using a wide aperture which minimizes depth of field and causes the background to be out of focus and blended into a nice even pattern & color. Look very carefully at the upper right hand corner of RcNaylors photo and you will see that the water is in perfect focus all the way to infinity so the overall lighting effect is not Bokeh. In RcNaylors photo the sun is at a low angle and there is a light chop on the water which resulted in hundreds upon hundreds of indivual light reflections. Note that each individual reflection seems to be a six pointed star. The star effect is actually a form of internal lens flare which is caused when intense light passes through a tiny aperture such as f-16 or f-22. Generally a photo will note have more than one of two points of intense light reflection and when those little flares occur in the print they are very distracting, but in this instance they seem to make the print come alive. As I stated before, this is extremely difficult effect to duplicate because most modern lenses have multi-coating to prevent that type of flare. There is a technique that we used years ago to produce that effect. Get a small square of new & shinny common copper window screen and place it right on the end of your lens. The screen is well within the minimum focus distance of your lens so the screen itself will not be visible in the final print, but as the light reflects off the screen it will produce a similar effect. This works very well when shooting available light at night. You could experiment with both copper and aluminum wire as well as different mesh size and you will get a number of similar but different effects.

Oh thank you aliris19. I just thought of some thing on my project. Those 6 by 6 tiles are 1/4 inch thick so I needed the thinner mirror behind the glass bits to bring them up to the proper height. If I were using regular 1/8 stained glass I would also use the 1/8 inch mirror against 1/4 inch tiles. I know my work is kind of insane says she smiling. It is not for the faint of heart. I suppose some day I will be known not only as the crazy cat lady but the crazy glass lady too. Good thing we have a strong foundation on this place. Am going to start a new thread re: size of tiles. The options are all ADEXUSA "neri" 2x8 ($26.25sq.ft (!) ) 3 x 6 subway ($10.59 sq.ft) 4x8 ($15.25sqft) 4x12 ($16.50) So for sure will not do the 2x8. Just too much $$. The others are fine. Or 3x12 " city" 3×12($ 15.95 sq.ft). I'll post the links as well. They also have finished edges to them. Do I do a finished edge or do the schluter? I did go to the tile store and got 2 more different samples. No good. Too white, too long and narrow (2.5 x 15) or too matte. Thanks!
