Donald Wyman crabapple trees planted near red cedar trees?

I am looking for white blooming driveway trees, max ht/width of 30x30. Want native to the U.S., zone 7, full sun. Love Donald Wyman, but have red cedars nearby. I am planning to purchase 14 of them, so it's a big investment. I've noticed the cedar rust "nodules" on the cedars, and have removed what I can see, but obviously could have missed some, and there are numerous other cedars in the area. The research I've seen puts Donald Wyman in the "excellent" category for resistance to the cedar rust, but I would like see if others have had positive experience with this cultivar. Or if you have other small, white blooming, native U.S. trees, full sun, that can take occasional strong winds, I am open to suggestions. I was also considering the American Plum, but would prefer a broader tree. I love white dogwoods, but am concerned that the full sun would be too much for them. thank you.
