Zen and Gathering space don't jive. They are opposites. Same with the verticals and the 'sun' room concept. The breeze you want it will really cause clanking with those window treatments. You've done well clearing the space out. It appeared to be a bit of a catch all room.

I have a similar size sunroom. i use it as a music and quiet sitting, former play room. People do gravitate to it during entertaining and it is everyone’s favorite room because of its size and old fashion vibe.

I coordinated it to our living room for better flow when entertaining.

I have a stained wood porch like ceiling too.

Consider doing a layout on graph paper so you can see what size pieces will fit best. Perhaps the back end can be your sanctuary spot for hammock and plants and front half for guest seating. Like a loveseat and two chairs with coffee table in the middle. A couple poufs for extra seating when needed. All soft neutral colors. Will be lovely!

Take down the blinds, put down new vinyl floors in a neutral, and paint the walls and trim white. Then start layering in textures. A light sisal rug, pale sofa and a chair or two, and lots of plants. Use stands to give your plants different levels.
