lynn2006: Thanks and I am happy to share, just as others have shared before me. erinf8: Attached is a grouted picture; sorry this was at night with the undercounter lighting on; you see we are getting some reflection from the LEDs. It is not bad from far away, however, just at certain angles up close. The grout is Platinum. We went with this choice to make the veining the star, rather than the grout lines. The UC ighting is also a slightly cooler temp (3K) to emphasize the contrast. The tile was actually my second choice, my first choice was online at the Builders Stone Depot, but that did not work out. After some searching at dealers by my GC and I, I found these, in stock, at a regular warehouse called Liberty Builders in South SF. SparkingWater: Thanks. I did not get to view the slabs before hand. I jumped in with both feet first! I never made it to the Caesarstone local warehouse. Someone asked about the edge earlier: it is mitered and slightly eased, by about 1/8", I think, per the Caesarstone Warranty specifications.

Hi Ekja, We used Innovate Stone Countertops in Linden, NJ (straight up Rt 1, by the airport). I know its a bit far out from Monmouth County, depending on where you are, but they are seriously the best. They are absolutely professional. I went to all my local countertop people in Middlesex County and was not happy either with the pricing or wasn't sure with installation stuff (I literally went to a dozen places). Innovate was just amazing to work with. Their pricing is also the best in our area, for all of the quartz lines they carry (they carry 14 suppliers of quartz). I got MSI for $64 sqft including installation and I had 36 sqft. All the quartz lines were between $64-95 sqft installed. Link below to all the quartz lines they carry. Lara and CJ, I too searched and wasn’t able to find pictures with brown wood cabinets We went with IKEA’s Grimslov Brown and just paid for our Noble Grey counters today. It will be a few weeks, but I will post pictures as soon as I’m able to. Hopefully it will help someone!

Lauren, I've added some pictures below. We are happy with them; the veining is much stronger than London Gray, but they are overall darker. They are definitely darker than the white cabinets. They seem to change some based on lighting. I tried to choose some pictures I took at different times of day. We bought ours through Ikea and got 20% off during the kitchen sale, so I think we got a good deal for the square footage we have. I was a little worried because I didn't get to choose the fabricator, but they did a good job. Also, cabs are Ikea so we still have some filler strips and trim left to do so ignore the empty spaces! :) Oh also, a butcher block is going over the exposed cabinets. I didn't want a seam on the island. Let me know if you have any questions!
