Depends on what else you plan to put in there. China cabinet, server, silverware chest, etc all take up wall and floor space......

Why not save them for a patio? While I Love the look of stone indoors, blue stone is porous and not easy to clean. It's probably feasible to repurpose as counters, but consider how expensive it could be to have each piece cut to fit counters. And if you don't care for the way the edges are cut, that will also be pricey to redo. Maybe you can use a slab for a fireplace surround and hearth? Last year, I bought 3 smaller pieces of blue stone for my fireplace hearth and it is flat, not raised, to be the same level as my tile floor (I didn't have the space to do a large raised hearth). It was pricey to cut and get these 3 pieces installed properly.

After calculating what was written above me, it looks like you can fit the same size table I have in my dining room, which is 42" wide by 78" long with the leaf in. We can fit up to 8 people at our table with the leaf in. I also love having a rectangle table! I have two openings in my dining room - one to the living room and the other to the kitchen. I have a door on the other wall and a window on the 4th. Just place your table in the middle of the room and it will work.

Sounds like a beautiful space. There is no way to know, without seeing a photo and knowing if there is going to be any other furniture in the space. In my opinion, the 89,5 is too large. With no other furniture, a round table would fit this room well.
