A pot filer over the stove will never work for me as I'm OCD about water splattering over my stove! :) The handles are black/brass combo, and that combo is my FAV. because of the same reasons you stated. Hubby is the one who can't see the vision of the mix. Although he is supportive of my decisions/taste, and always says "I'm just a guy, so I'm OK with anything". :)

You should definitely add hardware. I think gold would work. I actually think I’d do a pearl and gold hardware...lemme go look for it...

What brand/color did you find to match? I was just coming on here to ask the same question - I have the Kraus Bolden faucet in brushed brass. Need both cabinet pulls and knobs. I am also hoping to find a near exact match. (we chose it to match the fireplace, chandalier and other furniture hardware in nearby areas)
