I'd vote for the basketweave (and not just because I used the floral on the wall in my kitchen). Mosaics generally aren't slippery - the grout lines make them grippier than a lot of large(r) format tiles. I have these crappy white 6x6's in every bathroom in this house (ugh) and you could like to kill yourself on those with wet feet. The issue with the floral is that onyx can be fragile. I got a pretty decent lot, but I also hand inspected every single sheet, removed the "uglies" and used two sheets to replace the rejected pieces. The marble also has some very distinct gray (which does not appear in your limestone) but does appear in my Corian, so I'm not bothered by it. And yes, I did use bright white grout and no, I would never use traditional white sanded grout on a bathroom floor. At a tile shop you'd likely have more choices in the white/cream family. I just think that overall the basketweave is a stronger choice for your space. If you got a very grey lot of the floral you'd be even more behind on tile - and stuck with it to boot. Lisa

IMO first you buy all aplliances for how you cook and clean and refridgerate . IMO Wolf has always been and still is over priced and over rated . Since all the pkgs have wall ovens I would stick with an all gas range and electric wall oven I like many things baked in a gas oven. I wouldnever have anything except a Bosch DW free or not. As for reviews IMO they are always subjective so not usually very helpful Sit down and really think about how you use appliances forget pkg deals they suck and usually trying to get rid of some stuff not worth owning. I suggest you go to a good applance store and see if you can find one that does demos on the weekend. The only experiences I have had with steam ovens is in a commercial kitchen where everytime we really needed it it was not working so I would never have one in my home and I run a catering biz from home . I need appliamces that do not let me down. I have an all gas 6 burner 36" Bertazzoni range with one wok burner in the mix. I have a Bosch DW with quick wash a fridgedaire all fridge all frezer columns with builtin kit a KA all electric double wall oven and a Panasonic MW they have all stood the test of time for the last 14 yrs of very heavy use with lots of different people using them IMO they at this time owe me nothing but are still running great .

Sometime you just have to suck it up and do what you have to do. I understand how unpleasant it is. One of husbands relatives sat in our car with strong perfume on and it took months for that smell to dissipate. It permeated the seat belt and was hard to avoid when you used the seatbelt. I had one of those padded seatbelt covers and it helped a bit. Sure it was the entire padded seat that smelled, but the seatbelt just brought it right to a point that every breath was filled with it. Some people are wearing a multitude of chemical odors before they ever walk out the door of their home. They are subjected to everything from that nauseating plug in that delivers 24 hour smell, to the fabric softener, the body wash, the hair product, the deodorant and maybe some perfume thrown over it all. You can smell them coming and long after they have gone. They remind me of a dog that has found something irresistibly fragrant and they roll in it. At least you can put the dog out in the back yard until he gets a good bath. You cant do that with chemically scented people enveloped in a cloud of miasmic vapors. The only thing worse is if they are also a smoker. Then, you have a double whammy of noxious odors. Glade plug in, MorningShine scented fabric softener, plus Marlboro is never good. You may never get that smell out of your head and your nose. But, you may just have to do what you have to do and let it pass. There is no magic that is going to make it go away.
