Sounds like the Ph of the soil is wrong, camelias are acid loving plants and like the soil around 5.0 to 5.5. I think you may be fertilizing too much. The Main time to do it is in the Spring and you can repeat in January, sometimes it is a good idea to use a soluble fertlizer from Winter to early Spring maybe once a month, try using a Camellia and Azalea fertlizer as the main one. The brown could be burn from the excessive amount of fertlizers you are using. Also try picking off the Caterpillers by hand, and the plants may need a bit more water have you got under the mulch and checked that the soil is damp as sometimes it may only seen that way, dig down and have a feel, it could be the roots, those two plants could have been potbound when you bought them, Hope this helps...MM.

Those are GORGEOUS and I can’t believe the difference the trim made on those peninsulas. Thankfully my dad is a carpenter and can do just about anything so I’m sure once I show him the photos he will have it done easily!! :) just needed some ideas and inspiration. I love all of the options.... but I might like the idea of leaving it just plain (with no shiplap or board and batten I mean) but I also love the idea of the tongue groove. They’re all so beautiful. I have no idea what a “toe kick” is though! That’s new to me :)

Unless you have a linear fireplace the TV, if mounted over it, will be too high. The bottom of the TV shouldn't be more than 36" high. Putting it over a fireplace usually places it over 50". It's not comfortable for viewing at that height, especially since you will be less than 12' away from it. Which rooms do those two doors lead to? Where is most of the traffic going to be?

a lot of your grays are pulling lavender. Is that what you want? (doesn't work w/your blue beddding) cooler light is going to make blues look bluer. and anything w/a lavender undertone is going to look purple. As you've discovered. Gray Cashmere has a green undertone. You'll need to find more of a neutral gray that doesn't swing over into the blue spectrum. Silver Chain is almost a true, neutral gray. you could try that one.
