Comments (5)Thanks floota, I love your real MM - I have always dis-liked this one. It came from the grower mis-tagged. Image my surprise (horror) when this color showed up in my peachy-orangy bed. Thanks for the comments tarheelbelle. Vickie - you are getting closer. Below is another picture taken outside. I think that this is larger than Huckleberry Candy. I have 26", 5.5" and probably mid-season. Vickie - I could be close to you, in western KY. email me!...See Morehelp please w. hoya buotii
Comments (4)These thinner leaved Hoyas seem to be a magnet for mites so I would recommend taking a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and running it along the bottom side of a leaf. If there are mites present in any numbers the cotton swab will come away looking rust stained. There are usually silvery looking sunken areas if the mite population is high and because the plant is being robbed of it's fluids it will look anemic or yellow. A spray of dish soap and rubbing alcohol in water will kill the mites but you need to spray the plant a few times to be sure. That's my guess but it could of course be something else. If you do well with your other Hoyas I would guess that it is a pest problem vs cultural issues. Mike...See MorePlease help me ID these two BIG hoyas... and help me decide

Seems to me they'd have something to say esp. for plants this large, where'd they come from &why they're being sold, etc?...See MoreRebecca/N. IN/z6A
