The sizes don't work together. You need to use one of those sizes, or pick a tile that the sizes are multiples of each other. Like a 12x24, a 6x12, and a 6x6 and a 3x3. Each larger tile can be divided by each lower size tile to work out an even layout.

This might be super late, but first I would think maybe you should consider hiring another professional designer, because this layout seems tricky/problematic. Secondly. Is there any way you would combine the soaker tub function so that it can also be a shower? Or minimizing the dimensions of either the shower or soaking tub (I’m thinking of Japanese soaking tubs). I also can’t imagine that if someone looked at this layout, it would do anything for re-sale even if it makes the current owner or you very happy since you’d have to duck and weave just to go from toilet use to washing your hands. As far as minimizing shower dimensions, you could have a standing shower with a glass panel to keep water from straying too far. If you make it curbless, then you can squeeze some extra space out that way for walking in and out of your shower. I imagine your floor will all have to be waterproof anyhow with the freestanding tub. Here’s a very bad drawing using my notes app. 😂 Good luck! Post a to scale floor plan with all dimensions filled in, including door and window locations. What can change in the way of plumbing? 1st floor, 2nd floor? Slab or basement? Budget? DIY or hiring out?

I think a to scale floor plan is needed for sure on graph paer posted here in a comment DO NOT start another post. Are you moving your toilet ? That is an expensive thing to do so I need that floor plan. Waht tile are you doing for the shower > Waht is the size of the vanity. Foe me I would not have chosen a busy tile but now you have them we can hepl but honestly no way to do that without the plan show doorway and all the places the fixtures are going.
