the afghan completed is a 50 inch square. The gauge is rows 1-4 in pattern equals 7 inches.
I've never made a square afghan or done this stitch. I have the stitch figured out without a problem, but the gauge is the issue.
Do I measure the pattern from one side of the square to the other or do I meausre it from the center of the square to only 1 edge?
will the measurement continue to be every 4 rows will add 7 inches? and how would I measure that to be sure that my gauge stays the same throughtout the afghan?
Thanks in advance for any help
