If you hate your paint color, change it. Since most of your home is rock, it shouldn't take that much paint. Choosing a brighter/deeper color will give your home more pizzazz from the contrast with the rock. The photo below shows Sherwin-Williams colors on a house with rock accents. The last paint (lower right) is a true pastel, but even it gives some contrast.

I would avoid neutral beige, tan, brown or gray colors as your rock wall is already a neutral.

I wouldnt even think about painting that house, until you remove all the vegetation, that is trying to swollow it up. The plants need removal for some, and trimming for some. They are way to close to the decking, and the exterior walls. Once thats all done and cleaned up good, then its time to think about painting the house.

I don't think I could paint the rock I am trying to see what color would go with the rock to repaint the awnings ? But the plants when they are in bloom are absolutely beautiful! But yes very overgrown. If you could mabie circle the ones to get rid of?

Nicole you need to keep to the first post. All these posts are getting confusing. Just add your pictures and comments into the first post. You also need to tackle 1 issue at a time. Clean up the yard first. Then post a closeup picture of the rock/brick for help choosing a coordinating color.

Tackle the no-brainers first. Is that plant to the left of the birdbath dead? If so, remove it. If not, what is it? Next, given the tree next to the awning, it looks like the awning is never raised? If so, remove it. If not, show a pic with the awning raised.

What are the plants in Pic #3? Is that a pretty garden in the right season? Or is it mostly weeds or plants that were once lovely, but no longer bloom because trees have grown and they are now in too much shade?

Is the fence in need of replacement or removal? Or would a coat of paint or stain make it look good? The gate looks like it needs a bit of repair.

I'm only looking to paint the awnings, I absolutely love the picture of the front of the house and that is a banana tree next to the bird bath and to the right of the house is a garden that has nothing but really large types of flowers and plants and it blows during a certain time of the year.

Clean it up, get rid of some items. Didn't I read in another thread this is a rental house? If you do not own, I would not spend the money on exterior repairs/repainting. Just clean it up.

The only parts I want to paint are what I have drawn on the picture the different colors that I drew are areas where we can use different accent colors Like the shutters dark brown , Around the windows Beige , Around the rook Dark brown so on and so forth , The banana tree I have to trim and it will regrow to health.
