My post, with link, about Kirstie Alley’s Clearwater house was vaporated?

Anyway it’s big, $6,000,000.00, waterfront, and pending sale after a few days on the market. Kirstie had purchased it from Leslie Marie Presley. Location is close to their ”church’s” headquarters.

Not sure what got the post removed, the link to Z? Or mentioning the headquarters by name?

Yes, I think it’s the Z link. I’ve had that issue, too. Z and Houzz had a tiff a few years ago.

Love the oceanfront location and pool. I’m curious how she had it decorated.

The monkey pendants are something I’ve never seen!

Yes, I bought the book. Not worth buying. There's a forum on Garden Web---Soil, compost and mulch---where you can learn a lot more about sheet composting than you can from Lanza's fluffy book. Lanza irritates the heck out of me---copying Ruth Stout's gardening methods and never so much as a wink in her direction.

Thanks everyone! I already have 5 in the ground and they are getting really big, but they are regular white and the fundzui- the one that blooms all sumer, by the way, he had that too. I really wanted an evergreen bush to provide a little privacy onn my driveway, which is stoned, but is visible to the street. When I saw this red sweet olive, or what most people call tea olive, I thought it would be nice to use that, it is evergreen, and I can move it if I want. So, as it grows, it will be my privacy shrub. (I really should get something else too, the drive is wide). Lou, I totally hear you on taking your shrubs with you, I would do the same thing! The grower hasn't seen it bloom yet. They have a big one,and they grow them from cuttings, but their red hasn't bloomed yet. So, the challenge will be to see when it blooms. it may take a while, but I will wait. The white bloom young, you never know, I may get lucky and it may bloom next year. You never know.... I will post a pic here, you can count on that.

Carolyn, thank you for the help. I tried reading the FAQ and I searched elsewhere on the internet, but I couldn't find the answer. I'm grateful that you pointed me in the right direction. On closer inspection, some of the fruit do have a very small speck of BER on the exterior, almost not noticeable. The romas are in the wettest part of the garden, and apparently too much water can be a cause of the calcium deficiency that causes BER. Early in the season it was very wet, but now we need rain! The rest of the tomatoes are doing great: Early Girl, Early Cascade, Sungold, Ponderosa, and Brandywine.

Kirstie's hobby was decorating. I've seen several of her makeovers. She had a more flamboyant ,eccentric, cozy style. This looks staged. I can't imagine her owning any of the things in this house.

The house really overpowers the neighbors, but I imagine that will change with development.

Definitely re-painted and staged. You can kind of see that Kirstie likely had it decorated differently, because of the warmth of the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus. she’s Kirstie, she is not so subtle as to have all-white interiors!

Clearwater? I forgot she was a Scientologist. Clearwater is fine but if you could choose to live anywhere in the country, I think Scientology would be the only reason you'd pick Clearwater.

Love the floors, the rest of the house is kind of boring except for the views.
