Have you lived with a copper sink? I would need to see all the other choices but IMO all stainless for the items you mention would IMO be a much better choice . I love the look of copper but not for a sink or a hood both of which will need constant up keep to look nice all the time.

Copper will age and get patina. Some of us love the look and other people want it to always look shiny and new. If you like the shiny and new, choose another material. :)

Mixing metals is done all of the time. In fact, some faucet manufacturers, like Waterstone, offer split finishes, blending different metals. We happen to have been offering copper sinks to our customers for over two decades and the vast majority have stainless appliances. The kitchens look stunning. I have to partially agree with @Patricia Colwell Consulting with regard to caring for some copper sinks. Ours require no special care and I am aware of hood manufacturers that offer copper hoods that require no special care as well. A great deal of copper sinks on the market do require a great deal of care, often indicating the sink must be dried after each use.

Below is an older photo of my kitchen showing a copper sink next to a stainless dishwasher. I used satin nickel faucets with all of the copper sinks. I think the two metals look nice together.
