A photo of the sticker would probably be useful. They look like bisque, mass-produced, possibly for her to paint and glaze?

Many many porcelain makers used some variation of the crossed swords, of course Meissen is the one most people think of....but there were many others, German, French Russian Bavarian etc. But as far as I know, Rosenthal never did. I have linked to a site that shows lots of crossed sword marks....be sure to scroll down and follow the arrows, there are a total of about 5 or 6 pages. I can not tell you by whom it was made, nor how old or valuable it is. All I can tell you is that it is Chinese (rather than Japanese, Korean or Siamese) judging by the clothes and the lotus blossom, a very important good luck talisman to that culture.

I have a pair of figurines that I am trying to identify. They are a victorian man & woman sitting with books. They are a creamy white color with brown details. The woman has the letter B underneath. Any help identifying would be appreciated. Thanks, Shelly
