Low voltage led lights w plugin driver for garage?

I'm finishing my townhome's garage and want to improve the horrible lighting. The rub is that there is going to be a lot of storage including ceiling hung racks. I don't want to have to run Romex everywhere so I figured I can get a plug in LED driver(s) and run low voltage throughout the garage to LED strips. That way it's easy to install (low voltage) and flexible if I want to make changes.

I ran a bunch of led strips for accent and under-cabinet lighting in my townhome using Flexfireleds.com. The quality is great. Good light quality and very low flicker. But everything is pretty expensive. I don't want to spend that much on my garage.

Does anyone know of relatively low cost solutions for low voltage led lighting (w/ separate plug-in drivers) where the lighting quality isn't awful?

Edit: found some candidates. don't know about the light quality though. i guess that partially depends on the drivers
