Comments (35)Ooooo, the LE one is very cute. As Faron points out, you'll need some nice dresses for your future trip to the Maui Four Seasons so maybe the others you've ordered will still be worth keeping. I like the look of the Betsy but reading the material is nylon makes me hot and itchy. You might not have that problem. I like the theory of the Sundance dress but the color doesn't appeal to me. But I'm not wearing it. The AT stripe is definitely a keeper, you'll find a use for it even if it isn't this party. I think you should start the tradition of having a 50th birthday party every year from now on (since you'll have plenty of dresses to wear). It could be the fun, quirky thing that defines you. It doesn't always have to be a rented venue, just a celebration. If anyone questions it, tell them they are dropped from future guest lists. Who doesn't love a chance to celebrate life and wear a pretty dress?...See MoreIs your decorating sense similar to your fashion sense?
Comments (33)My home definitely does reflect my interior~tan, ivory/white, black, gold(upholstery) and leopard print(upholstery)! I've been wearing ivory for years and ivory pants/sweater was my signature Christmas outfit for years. I have everything from scarves to pj's in leopard print, so maybe that's why I had the slipper chairs in the greatroom done in leopard print. Even my tabby, white cat, and Australian cattle dog(tan)work into the color scheme. LOL I have a ton of gray in clothing(shoes/purses too!)but not in my home~if I did, I would pair it with a bright fuchia. I do have a few fuchia, cobalt, turquoise tops, but no other colors, and also a lot of brown. And I love metallics, especially knits. While I do love color on other people, at 5'1" and 110 lbs, the color usually wears me instead of the other way around. I was in retail for 25 years and really found out what works best for me....See Morefrancoise_your a genius!!!
Comments (15)Hi BlackCamois, yes I have decided on white dove for L shaped perimeters and island, stone harbor grey for one wall of cabinetry, I also have a half wall in my kitchen that overlooks my familyroom, that has wood cabinets with a glaze. He is doing a sample door for me, so as long as it looks good I will go with that. And yes I think edgecomb gray for walls because it doesn't compete with the gray, and there is enough of a contrast from teh white dove. I will keep u posted, working on harware right now, next light fixtures!Michelle...See MoreKitchen Accessories---Fashion kitchen
