are Eupatorium serotinum (late thoroughwort) seeds tiny and white?

last year

I'm trying to collect seeds from a Eupatorium serotinum (late thoroughwort) plant I have. I waited fairly long to collect some of the seedheads but all I'm seeing at the bottom of the container are some very small and light colored particles.

I've never seen something like this when collecting seeds before--I must admit I don't do it that offen. Are the seeds really this small and light colored?

Thanks, loris
