Un even flooring new build

HU-703699666
last year

Our new build home flooring is not level and bulged at places . There isn't much impact other than chairs that get wobbly at certain spots.
They have some how managed the fit the kitchen plinth on the bulges and slopes.
It's amtico flooring.
Builders say it needs to be heated , ripped and relaid again after levelling the concrete below.
That seems like big dusty job .
If we choose not to rectify it , will it affect home valuation in future if we sell ? Or Any issues that we are not foreseeing now.
If we go ahead with relaying will it affect kitchen units n quality of lvt etc.
