Ken, maybe something like "Interesting or ornamental bark in the garden" would make a good wintertime thread

Maybe "Snow Scenes." We're expecting some snow soon, and a recent dusting created beautiful accents on the tree branches. I need to figure out how to post photos from my phone. Houzz won't load when I choose them from my personal photos.

Also, you left out "orange" as a color option.

Ornamental bark, lichens, turkey tail fungus, etc were frequent features of the Patterns threads. Here's another vote for Patterns 2023.

Alas, I can now make a post about "Damage to my garden." A landscape worker dropped off a load of gravel in my driveway tonight. It was the wrong color, the wrong size, and upon trying to drive his huge dump truck out of my driveway, he ran over and broke apart 5 sections of the brick and faux stone my contractor had cemented together this past summer. And it won't be warm enough to fix the damage until spring!

O dear - these posts always show me up for the tech duffer I am. I absolutely SOB all the tree structure posts, despite living in a town with some of the most beautiful, historic trees in the UK...because I am a camera dimwit. Filled with an unedifying mixture of envy and shame. My offspring insist you just have to point and click. Ha bloody ha.
