Just a first thought - Depending on the fabricators around your area, you may not be able to choose what you want. Many of the fabricators by me do not stock quartz tops, so they won't bring in a whole slab to cut a small countertop. Check with your local yards and see if they will do that or if you will need to shop for remnants. Personally, I like things to look different. Your wall color is different and so is the floor. I would also do a different top and not worry about the kitchen top. JMO Good luck

The window. what you have is all very white and very solid. the mini blind is my pet peeve over kitchen windows. let me show you a photo shop of a new window treatment, and possibly a sconce. ( realize you can't do a pendant, and I know you have the trim piece across the front. but at least look at the window treatments) don't be afraid to add some cutting boards and greenery to the mix either

I know you want wood floors, and it's exciting to go from vinyl to real wood. Can I ask you to skip a beat and take a look at wood finishes that are less yellow/golden/orange and look at finishes that are more greyed or reddish next to your espresso cabinets? Or even better, consider stone or stone-look porcelain tile flooring with radiant heating underneath. If you still want to go with the casual look of lighter floors and dark espresso cabinets, that's your business. I only mention it because you seem to be taking the safe route of light wood floors and quartz countertops, although those work better with white cabinets. I just want to make sure someone points out that your espresso cabinets offer the potential for a much more elegant look.

I'm no help with colors, so I will leave that to the other Pros who are :) I love your counter selection. You can put quartz behind a range, but you must follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. Don't listen to the salesperson or think that because you see quartz in pics with ranges slammed up against them it is ok to to so the same. It's not. It most likely will scorch which is not repairable. Some Pro models require a back guard. Search on here about issues people have had. @Patricia She has already made the selection to use quartz, so your suggestion to use real stone is not helpful at all. But everyone on here knows that you have to comment that and to use 4000k LED lights on just about every comment you make. I tried 4000k lights in my kitchen the other night (I have adjustable recessed lights). It was so bright I could have preformed surgery in my kitchen! OP....stick to 3500k :) Good luck with your project!
