I’m not painting the house. Her recommendation was pressure washing my house and changing out the red burgundy shutters and my door is red burgundy not black.

It’s a beautiful house. It will sell as is. As mentioned above, put your focus elsewhere.

Paint the shutters white, and the door light blue.

They look like budget shutters. If I were going to do anything with them, I’d take them off and toss them before powerwashing.

Is there a constant drip here from the gutter above? Might need attention.

IMO the double windows should not have shutters at all so that leaves the ones above the garage and those need to be bigger and honestly I would paint those and the front door black. As mnetioned the interior is the selling point. Clean and then clean again remove and store all personal pictures little gee gaws for whoever and thats it . IMO do not use strong smelling cleaning products and amke sure after the deep clean you air out the house . No air fresheners

I agree that white shutters and a light blue door would be a simple way to freshen up the front of the house like @Rachel Lee suggests -- and easy DIY paint job with no down side.
