Connect 6 circuits from main panel to transfer switch

Have 2 30 amp lithium phosphate solar generators w 22 watts each, same 3 batteries total 6600 watts. Have EATON Main panel CSR 25k 200 amp 120 volts Max. Question: Breakers are 2 pole. Both hot and neutral attach direct to breaker. Will connecting hot lead to transfer switch create issue with main neutral still attached to breaker? will it trip breaker or cause other issues since switching to transfer switch negates issue at main panel and power is generated from batteries.
