Johnatemp, I don't get a picture of a chair , just two little red x's. That seems to happen to me a lot, not sure why. I do like that chair that you included inside the message. I think that would look really nice in the room. The first fabric you posted looks like it would work, depending of course on how it looked IRL. I did try the Bombe chest centered in front of the window and I think it does look nice. I put the bergere chair in the corner where the chest was. If I left it this way, I'd need to slide the sofa down or rearrange the other end of the room, but it is definitly something I'll keep in mind. This is the hardest room for arranging furniture.!!

Rina, I would grab that Sherrill sofa in a heartbeat. It's great quality and the fabric looks very durable. At 100" you could easily have 2 kids reclining on it, which you couldn't do with a smaller sofa. I would consider a large ottoman as a coffee table. With that, you could have 2-3 on the sofa with feet up for watching tv. I would add a drop leaf table behind the chairs opposite the patio doors. The table could be be into service for entertaining, or used as a games table for the family.

It is large, but you can work with it. Get a rug large enough so it can run several inches under the sectional. Position the coffee table as you did in photo #2. A rug will “ground “ the coffee table. Drapes which hang on either side of window will make the wall look wider. Then address the t v and its console. That is gorgeous!!! You have incredible style. And so does grandma! Two thoughts - Either, go with the “U” shape and put the grandma couch in a different space ( this is what I’d personally do because I feel like the navy one can be such a showstopping piece in a smaller space with not much else around it. ) Or you can skip the added piece and leave it as is. You do need a very big , heavy looking coffee table. I would do one. Again, stunning space!! Can’t wait to see what you do...
