Typically, rebar would be epoxied into holes drilled in the pads; then you install forms for the new column pours. (Properly sized Sonotubes would be easiest to use.) You can mix the concrete yourself; the bagged products can be used, but be sure to follow directions to obtain sufficient strength. When I've needed as little a yard, I've called ready mix companies, then met the mix truck where they're pouring a foundation. They turn the spout on the truck and fill my plastic lined utility trailer. But this only works if you're not far from your site and can move quickly. Otherwise, you'll end up with a solid block of concrete in your trailer! It's like many home construction jobs: a combination of hard dusty work in cramped areas but that still requires precision and foresight. Note: you can pick up the steel plates at a steel fabricator. Interesting that they want to install 2 - atmox exhaust fans but no intake fans and no open vents. When they fully encapsulated the crawlspace they should have sealed every opening between the crawlspace and the interior of the home. If they did seal all openings then the air will have to come from vented appliances in the crawlspace which are supposed to vent gases to the outside of the crawlspace. This is very dangerous. You might want to check with your local building department. There are codes in the NC building code book that must be followed. Give them a call and see if you can pay them to take a look at your problem. Will your atmox system include a controller plus an indoor and an outdoor sensor in order to calculate dewpoint? What is the highest wood moisture reading in your crawlspace? This will determine what steps you need to take to mitigate moisture and now the cat pee smell. Did DryPro install a dehumidifier or a supply air inducer? (This attaches to the rigid supply trunk in the crawlspace, thus pumps conditioned air into the crawlspace whenever the HVAC system is running). Did DryPro prevent all outside water from entering the crawlspace?

I agree with Geokid. I design and build custom closet organizers for a living and the layout you've described is one of the most challenging. The only way to utilize the space is to either put 24" deep shelves in both corners facing toward the center of the closet or to add a hanging bar going across with the clothes facing toward the center of the closet. Yes, it will be awkward to access these spaces but not as awkward as if you build everything across the long wall all the way into the corners. Use these two end walls to store items that you don't access very often like suitcases, Christmas boxes, gowns, etc. Best of luck!

What I'm about to say may sound too direct, but I hate to see you buy anything else for that border before you think about a couple of things. That corner is tiny! Anything short of a 6 pack of pansies will outgrow it in a season. Twist and Shout could grow to 4 x6. Serviceberry will get at least 8 feet tall and 4 feet wide and suckers as it gets older. The grass will soon be under the serviceberry, competing for water, getting shaded by it and looking messy .Or the serviceberry will come up in the grass. So if you are going to keep the serviceberry, you need to enlarge its planting spot x 4 and replant it much further from the fence. please google a picture of a mature serviceberry. The same goes for T & S, but T *S will have other problems there. I'd suggest pulling out the existing border to to 4-5 feet deep. You will have to widen it if you plant nearly anything and certainly for any shrub....easier now because you have room to work and digging won't interfere with the roots of the younger smaller plant. What is your plan for in front of the fence? Fence upkeep is difficult with shrubs in front, but my eye wants to follow the curved existing border around the fence.. you could plant perennials (leave at least 3 feet behind for fence maintenance) Is this corner in full sun? If so, there's another discussion to be had about hydrangea macrophyllas in full sun, even the newest reblooming ones. The answer: compact paniculatas or compact oak leaved hydrangeas. But even these need more room provided in the current situation. I know you didn't ask for all these objections and suggestions but you do need to re-think the basics before putting any more plants there.
