Most welcome, Nutherokie. I hope you'll post photos of your finished bath. I really vacillate between grout colours that blend or contrast with the tile. Very different looks, but sometimes I regret not using the classic light grey. Renov8r, I don't, just at the moment. Although the bathroom has been technically finished for quite some time, we neglected to take final photos. And then, in the intervening time, our white oak vanity succumbed a little to the ravages of UV from all the windows, becoming just slightly orangey--just enough to clash with the neutral palette and make me crazy. I am determined to grey things down a little, both vanity and trim, before I take the final shots. But when I do...

Thanks Bill. Having little experience with tile and the artistic sense of a turnip I never would have thought of the same grout for both. Oh the joy of having access to the expertise of the masters, even from little ol'Heckston, population 75 or so. Sally

Okay. For everyone's benefit, Brutuses emailed me a pic of her tile: I've got three choices for you. The first, if you don't want to see s stark contrast, would be Custom's Arctic Ice. It's more or less a very light silver with a blue tint to it. The other two would be much more of a contrast, but they're also both Custom's colors-- Ocean Blue and Captain's Blue. There's also one more that's more of a teal color called North Sea Green. My first preferrence, though, would be the Arctic ice.

You should not be able to tell. It will blend in well normally.
