Desparately needing guidance

Have a brand new open concept attached home-condo. I have morning light from East and south as well as afternoon light in the west. NAturel Red Oak floors, white cabinets, white Siena Quartz as elements. Some furniture staying is Black based and cherry top. What neutral color should I use? Prefer no pink or yellow undertones.

Keep in Mind that the first picture is the condo, the others are facsimile.
Kitchen only has light from sunroom which gets sun in the south and east and north, open to 3 lighting sides, opening into kitchen, no windows except Dining area has a double hung with light coming in also south. Any other light from open concept LR is facing West.

Whatever it is (the vented stuff, heat, ???) it discolors the tile as well--could be the angle of the Wolf vent or its height or ? I keep meaning to re-seal it using the SB sealer or with a fresh application of the original sealer (Aquamix Gold) after I get it as clean as possible, but end up putting it off. I've used OxyClean , too (both spray form and the powder mixed with water into a sort of a paste), but the other two cleaners seem to work better. I use them with a blue scrub sponge (both sides). STT stands for Surface Treatment Technologies (based in SC). They've changed their site since I was last on it, and it appears they've added some products. I don't know what the difference is between all, but you can probably contact them for more info. I purchased mine from one of their distributors (John Koessler) via phone/email. Hi Glo, just wanted to chime in and say thank you for your help with this. I received the flooring cases we purchased from you and I must say they are in beautiful condition. This flooring has been out of production for some years now and I been patiently waiting for somebody to have some available for a small extension I planned on working on in our home. Now I can finally start my project. : ) If anybody is looking for this same flooring, don't hesitate to contact this seller (while they still have this available). Extremely nice person and truly honest. I live out of state so I had to pay for shipping which made the total pricey although considering this is a product that is nowhere to be found anymore and the outstanding attention to careful packing to ensure a safe delivery, I'll say it was well worth it. Desparately need help on color for entry door

Putting "in my opinion" here so I don't have to reitterate it throughout this note. :) I have to mirror the earlier suggestion to get rid of the shutters. When they very obviously would not cover the window they are flanking, they look extremely out of place. Before I saw the stone close-up I was thinking "BLACK!" But now that I've spent more time on the stone, I would avoid black. I lived diagonal from a pinkey-beige house with white trim and creamy landscaping accents. Then owners painted their formerly purple door & stair rail black, and their house instantly screamed "Candyland" (as in the board game) to me. All I could see when I looked at their house was the game card with the neopolitan ice cream sandwich. Ugh! I wonder how a dark reddish brown would look - one that if you went to the top of the strip would have a slightly pinkish color. Or a dark subdued blue. If you wanted to pull the shutters down, you could use your landscaping options to fill the empty space.

I am sorry you have had difficulties with Granito. It is a protector designed for Granite, however it will also work for grout if applied correctly. Please call technical help at (800)680-2046 and we will help you through your issue.

I’m closer looking to the facsimile as far as my unit design. Real pics are of another unit but displays some of the windows.

I need a wall color for whole house. Fixed elements are black shaker counter chairs, white Siena Quartz over a stained grey center island. Cabinets on wall are white shaker. Natural red oak Bruce floors. These are elements in kitchen, the sunroom which gets lots of south, north and west exposure has very little painted wall but I have purchased a sofa, and two chairs. DR table is Natural Cherry, black chairs, opening into LR which has same flooring with Sofa being a navy, cranberry and green check upholstery , furniture is black based with cherry tops. I have enclosed fixed elements from a previous home. Same furniture to be used. I really need help with a whole house color that won’t go pink on walls but has a good contrast to

Fabric samples are in my sunroom, very little wall to be painted, but there is wall.
