Is this rose gall or old trauma to the stems?

El K
last month

This a Blush Noisette rose. Please don't mind the leaves, had a bad thrips infestation in the summer and still there are a few left. And I am in Cyprus (probably z11, hot and dry summers) so we prune them in January, February. My roses in the last month grew and bloomed constantly, after being dormant most of the summer with few exceptions. Anyway are these on the stems sth to worry about? I am reading about crown rose gall disease and started to worry. Thank you in advance
