Alternative to Lovesac?

I have a large basement room 15'x22' I need to furnish but have a narrow doorway (27") at the top of the stairs to get down there. It is an old house with no way around this door. Once we get through the door at the top of the steps, space is not an issue. I am not crazy about Lovesac- I don't think they're too comfy and the configuration I want is about $7000 (even with the sale and HCD) and that is more than I want to spend.

Does anyone have any experience with anything else? In general we like the style of the Macy's Radley sectional (too big for top of stairs)

My teens are pushing hard for a power recliner like this also too big to get down the stairs.

I don't like the looks of those but this room is also mainly for them so if its not too terribly ugly I won't object.

Please give me any recommendations for sectionals that can be assembled in place that aren't complete pieces of junk or any other suggestions for this situation. Looking to stay under $4500
