Not privacy just looking to make things more comfortable and cozy

Comfortable and cozy solution is drapes. They insulate tempurature and dampen sound. The fabric will draw from the center column to the sides, so the curtain rods will extend a foot or two beyond the window frame.

I suggest Miulee thermal insulated light blocking (blackout) drapes. We use them and they are great. Nice textures and nice colors. They hang narrow enough not to worry about blocking the view when open. They are lightweight so they won't weigh down a long rod.

Make sure the rod is mounted so the fabric just brushes the floor for the best insulation. Order them wide. Two 52" panels per pane so four orders if they still ship two panels per order. Very reasonable.

You have beautiful windows and the last thing you want to do is covering it up. We suggest inside mount shades with a honeycomb fabric. It will preserve the beauty of the window while creating a cozy and homey feel inside the room.

The shades can be move to any position of the window and tack very little on the bottom or top.
