Need ideas for tv unit and piano placement

It's about time to decide what to do with the tv wall . This tv stand is temporary. I need room for the large dog's bed ( seen in the corner) and an upright piano that we plan to buy. They are usually about 5 ft long.

From the wood burner fireplace to the right wall is about 12 ft. I can have the tv unit custom made

( more $$$) or buy one ( limited options).

There is enough neutrals and wood tones and I wouldn't mind some colour. It is too early to put an area rug due to construction and mud outside but I can move the gray chair in another room and buy another one in colour.

Can you also suggest a tv unit in case WITHOUT the piano in this room

Thanks to both of you! I don't have access to a floorplan, unfortunately. Also unfortunately, I cannot do any major work at the moment, so the ugly mantel stays (and I did not even notice until now that it doesn't match the fireplace!) I would love to put up some artwork, plants, etc in this room as well, when the big pieces are settled. Already thinking about drapes but very little clue where to start - this side of the house faces the street so I really want to get some noise dampening ones, although they would have to fit onto pinch pleat hooks. What are your opinions on the wall sconces? I didn't even think about those! No plans to paint. It's just me doing the whole thing so for now I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible.

Does the fireplace get much use? Don't want a cooked piano!

Can the piano go on the wall opposite the window?

Distance from the wall to the window is over 16 ft so the piano won’t be cooked :)

So my very first thought. The room is of balance. The light fixture in this case needs the weight of the furniture centered to it. I would move the couch over. That window also deserves more presence. The stove seems more of a plant stand so I wouldn’t make it stand alone. Then wall mount the tv stick with the scandy feel you have going for tv stand. Use art as the color and interest
