With the traffic pattern leading to the hallway, this fireplace wall is off-centered in the room. You need to play up the symmetry of the fireplace wall.

Use a very large area rug centered on the fireplace wall. If the room is 16 feet wide the wall is probably around 11 or 12 feet wide. That means a 10x13 or 11x14 rug with 12" or so bare floor along the window wall and 12" from the hearth.

Center the coffee table on the rug with the seating arrangement around it. Place identical pieces on each side of the fireplace--console tables, a low bookcase or bookshelves, chests, etc. Twin lamps on each table.

Hang similar canvases on each side of the fireplace above the consoles. The fireplace would not need art in this scenario but a focal point, so something round or soft to soften the angles in the room, either a mirror there or some sort of wall piece, a brass sunburst, a woven tray, that sort of thing.

On the wall facing the window, a gallery wall of framed art with glass to reflect the light from the windows. I'm think hang the pieces in one row at the same height. That would be a nice look in this room. So, canvas art on the fireplace wall and glass art on the gallery wall.

I'll see if I can do a mock up for you but you get the idea.

Great suggestions tracefloyd! How should I arrange the furniture? I’d like a couch across from the fireplace and then chairs I think across from the window. Also, there will be a TV in the corner between the fireplace and window….I’m just worried that the space is too small for a couch and two chairs. I want to maximize seating as best as possible!

Photos don't tell the whole story, but I don't think I'd put TV in that corner. It will likely crowd any window treatments. I would put it on the wall where the doors are leaning, or possibly on the wall right of the window if there is room (assuming you want to watch from the kitchen.) A "U" of seating might work well if the chairs are swivels. I'd use a 3-seat sofa with them, all centered on the FP. I like tracefloyd's idea of matching chests or consoles and art either side of the FP..
