Nice view you have ;) If you put the faucet off-center, will it reach to the opposite corner of the sink? Do you anticipate using the cutting board in the sink? If so, it looks like your prep space is more to the right of the sink, and it would make more sense for the cutting board to also be on the right. Which would make me not want to offset the faucet toward the right of the sink. My setup has other factors, but here is a picture of mine. The only thing centered is the sink cutout vs the window. Otherwise the faucet, cabinet, and sink/window are all centered differently. The thing is, you don’t really notice unless you purposefully stand directly in front of the sink from the other side of the kitchen.

I would center the faucet on the sink basin and not worry that it isn't centered with the window.

My whole sink is not centered with the window, but the sink basin is, and the faucet is centered on the basin. The integrated drainboard is over the dishwasher.

I don't think it matters which way you go, do what looks best to you. I wonder if the cabinet front face panel at the top could have been one wide piece instead of two at the top, would lessen the center focus of that cabinet. Also if you're thinking to put in a backsplash that goes up the window wall, that may draw more attention than noticing where the faucet is.

I vote to center it with the base cabinet, because it will look sensible and won't reveal how much you care about getting your new kitchen just so. I am guessing the reason for the offset is to accommodate the corner cabinet for more storage space. I loved the corner cabinets I had in a previous kitchen. Open up that door and turn the lazy Susan and I half expected a magic portal to anything I might want to use that day. I'm pretty sure my kids took turns hiding in there. I applaud your sensibility!

I also vote cabinet, I don’t think being off center from the window matters. But for functionality having the faucet center with the sink makes sense.

Window. You won’t notice it off center from the cabinet as much as the window.

Since you have sink accesories, I would center it on the window to provide more room on the left to place either your cutting board or drying rack. You may find that your sink will become too crowded using both accessories at the same time. I have an offset drain, in a workstation sink, that I prefer to leave free of accessories at the drain end of the sink.

In addition, I think centering on window looks better too. The center of the window is closer to the faucet, then is the center of the front of the cabinet, so your eye will notice the offset more if the faucet is not centered on the window.

Another way to look at this: If this was a smaller prep sink, would you be questioning where the faucet should go? Nope.
