That looks like it is a used chair rather than one that is currently for sale in a new retail establishment of any kind.

You can post in the Antique Forum and try to get a sense of what it is and when it was made so you can search for it on the internet

You can do an image search on google and see what appears.

If you like the chair you can look for similar looking vintage chairs and paint them black and have somewhat of an eclectic dining table look if it is dining room chairs you are looking for.
