Removing ceramic tiles laid on top of old asbestos black mastic

A Klein
last year

I am doing a reno of a first floor 1/2 bath (1970 home). Previous owner had the bathroom redone 10 yrs ago and that contractor left in the original vanity, which was sitting on top of vinyl tile, but removed the remaining tile. After removing the vanity I had the tile and adhesive tested for asbestos. Tile - neg. Adhesive - 3%.
Question then is how much am I at risk if I remove the newer ceramic tile - which looks like they had removed most of the mastic - but leave the original tile in place?
