AKA: Musque Squash, Fairytale Pumpkin, and Muscade de Provence.

I originally heard about this squash on this Forum, so I'm hoping that someone has grown this and can help me.

I ordered seeds and have had the hugest vines. They finally started putting on fruit and I think two are now fully ripe. But how can I tell when they are OK to eat.

The skin on two huge squash has turned either tan or orange and I think these are ready. I have several more, but the skin is still green.

If anyone can help I'd surely appreciate the advice.
