Interested in hearing about your speed oven cooking

I am considering the Kitchenaid 30” Microwave with convection KMBP100ESS. It has a broil element so I think that makes it a speed oven?

Does anyone have first hand experience with this particular oven?

People who use speed ovens, what do you cook in it? Where did you find the recipes? How do you convert your old recipes to that style of cooking?

There is about $1000 difference between the regular built in microwave and this one. I wonder if I‘ll use the speed oven features enough to justify the cost. Using it instead of the larger, regular oven has some appeal. Currently, we use a microwave to reheat leftovers or melt butter.
