Speed oven to replace microwave + standard oven

Hi!

I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen. So far the plan is to have a 24'' induction cooktop, a 24'' oven under it, and I've got some space under counter in a 24'' cabinet to install a microwave+trim kits (found some Panasonic, but those kits are ridiculously expensive), a built-in microwave (not much choice at that width, found a Frigidaire, slightly more expensive than the trim kit option) or a speed oven (Bosch series 500, twice as expensive as the trim kit option).

I honestly don't see the need for a speed oven in my case, however I'm wondering if it would make sense to put the speed oven under the cooktop.

I see the pros : better use of space, cleaner look and cheaper. What are the cons? Would I be fine cooking and baking with just a speed oven?

Thanks for your help!

Edit: this is what I had in mind:
